API Maintenance Notice: Voice Metrics Accuracy and Performance Update (2026-03-12)

As of March 12, 2026 (KST), the dashboard API calculation rules and aggregation paths have been cleaned up.
- Voice KPI, rankings, and channel share now use DB-side overlap aggregations.
- The Members list now computes fixed 30-day metrics and requested range metrics in a single pass.
- Period boundaries, midnight boundary handling, and timezone resolution are now standardized through shared utilities.
This update makes sessions crossing range boundaries more consistent and reduces memory and compute cost on frequently used voice APIs.
The remaining expensive paths will be handled separately after additional design work.

Service Outage Notice: Meerkat Bot Startup Failure (2025-10-20 06:00 KST)

Due to a server issue, the Meerkat bot has not been starting properly since October 20, 2025, 06:00 KST.
We are currently investigating the cause and working on recovery, with the goal of completing restoration within the same day.
Collection and aggregation features will return gradually after recovery.
